Terms

Using the editor

You can edit photos in your browser without an account. Saving projects, presets and AI suggestions need a free account. Only upload photos you have the right to edit, and don’t use the service to break the law or to harm others.

Your photos

You keep all rights to your photos and edits. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you (saving, previews, and AI suggestions when you ask for them). We don’t use your photos for anything else.

Plans and limits

Free includes 20 AI suggestions a month, 25 saved projects and exports up to 2048 pixels on the long edge. Pro ($9 a month or $86 a year) includes 300 AI suggestions a month, 1000 saved projects and full-resolution exports. Monthly AI allowances reset on the first day of each month (UTC). Details are on the pricing page.

Payments, renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a payment fails, Pro stays active for 7 days while you update your card. If you move from Pro to Free, nothing is deleted: you can open, edit and export everything, but can’t create new projects above the Free limit.

Verify before publishing: your refund policy, and that it matches Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms.

AI suggestions

Suggestions are generated automatically and may not match what you had in mind. They only ever change slider settings, which you can adjust or undo.

The service

We work to keep the service available and your projects safe, but it’s provided as is. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. Verify before publishing: limitation of liability, governing law and the operator’s legal name and address.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
